The problem
Fleet operators need to see who is available, where, with the right licences and endorsements — and match against active driver requests without spending an hour cross-referencing spreadsheets. Driver-side, the same data has to feel light: availability, region, certifications, and a request feed that respects the constraints already declared.
What I did
Designed the operator portal fields, subscription states and permissions so multi-role data flows cleanly between operator and driver views. Set up connected analytics across the platform so operations, marketing and management can each pull the report they need from live data instead of stale exports.
